## What this site is

RateBot is a multi-tenant subscription service. Each customer connects their own messenger bot(s) and channel(s). When they post a product with a foreign price (e.g. "35 درهم" or "#dirham 35"), the system calculates the Toman equivalent from live FX rates and writes/updates a line like "معادل: … تومان (قیمت لحظه‌ای)" on that post.

Supported messengers (independent connections):
- Telegram
- Bale (بله — Iranian messenger)

FX rates source: https://24tala.ir (each user must obtain their own free API token from 24tala.ir and save it in their panel). There is no central shared 24tala token for customers.

Posts without a detectable foreign price are ignored. Auto-update is limited to a configurable number of latest products per account; older posts update via the under-post button.

## User journey (high level)

1. Register at /user/register.php
2. Pay subscription at /user/billing.php (card/IBAN or Zarinpal if enabled)
3. Save free 24tala.ir API token in rate settings
4. Connect Telegram bot and/or Bale bot at /user/bots.php
5. Register channel/group chat IDs at /user/channels.php (default max 2 total across both platforms; operator can raise per user)
6. Make bot admin of the channel; post with price tags
7. Optional: set admin Chat IDs in account for private bot menus and reports (Telegram and Bale separately)

## Platform isolation (security model summary)

- Telegram webhook and Bale webhook are separate endpoints and bots
- Product registration and admin notifications are platform-scoped
- Admin private menus in Telegram only use Telegram admin chat IDs; Bale only uses Bale admin chat IDs
- Each SaaS customer only accesses their own bots, channels, products, and logs

- Not a public FX rate API for third-party apps
- Not a generic Telegram/Bale bot marketplace
- Not a payment processor itself (uses bank transfer and optional Zarinpal)
